As QA Manager you lead the QA function across digital products, shaping testing strategy and driving high-quality delivery. You partner with engineering, product and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle and advance automation, AI-enabled testing, and process improvements. You mentor a QA team, define objectives, and ensure reliable, scalable software. This role offers a meaningful impact on digital delivery and the company's AI-adoption journey. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the QA strategy and execution for digital products and platforms Mentor and develop a team of QA engineers Design and maintain test plans, cases, and automated testing frameworks for web and mobile apps Coordinate with product owners, developers and stakeholders on quality objectives and acceptance criteria Identify,



track and report defects; drive root cause analysis and resolution Ensure QA processes comply with industry standards and best practices Propose process improvements and new tools with emphasis on AI adoption Collaborate closely with engineering, product and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle Responsabilità Strong testing methodologies and test automation experience Experience with CI/CD pipelines Understanding of web and microservices architectures Proven leadership and team management skills Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies Analytical xrdztoy mindset and problem-solving ability Effective communication and stakeholder management Technical background in software engineering or related field Minimum five years in QA with at least two in a leadership role Fluent in English ISTQB certification is a plus Requisiti fondamentali learning and growth flexible career paths impactful work collaborative international team sustainability initiatives equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
