As a Spray Dryer Operator, under direct supervision, you willf follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver production orders assigned by the Shift Leader and First Operator , perform a variety of semi‐automatic and automatic operational tasks within the continuous anhydrous drying process to ensure efficient production and quality results,



for our Plant in Caronno Pertusella.
Reporting to the Shift Leader, you will
Operate assigned production equipment such as anhydrous conical dryers, spray dryers, sieves, pasteurizers, tanks and packaging systems under supervision.
Perform basic production activities such as blending, mixing, heating, dispensing, filtering, pasteurizing, compounding or packaging according to defined process instructions.
Handle and prepare raw materials and intermediates, ensuring correct identification, storage, and safe loading into production machines.
Follow the bill of materials (BOM) or formula specifications to add the correct quantities of materials in the right sequence.
Monitor instruments and control panels accurately, recording process data and maintaining clear and precise production documentation.
Support troubleshooting activities under guidance of more experienced operators and assist in resolving minor process
