The Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team and support the growth of Ricasoli Travel.
You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, qualifying opportunities, initiating conversations with prospective clients and supporting the sales process from first contact through to handover to Travel Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and qualify inbound leads received through Salesforce CRM and other channels
• Contact prospective clients and understand travel requirements and business needs
• Generate and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and strategic accounts




• Support Travel Advisors in converting opportunities into confirmed bookings
• Execute structured follow-up activities and maintain high responsiveness standards
• Keep CRM records, pipelines and client information updated
• Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless handover
• Contribute to commercial growth initiatives and market development
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or customer-facing roles
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Professional Italian language skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commercial mindset and proactive attitude
• Comfortable interacting with corporate and premium clients
• Interest in travel, aviation, hospitality and luxury services
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce is a plus)
• Active VAT registration (Partita IVA) or willingness to open one
