SummaryOXBO are supporting a leading renewable energy business with a strong pipeline (~15GW) of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Italy and Europe.As the team continues to grow, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to join their Milan office.This role will lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, working closely with development, EPC, construction, and investment teams to ensure the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects.ResponsibilitiesManage engineering activities for Solar PV and BESS projects across Italy and EuropeOversee technical due diligence, project design, engineering reviews, and construction supportSupport project development, M&A; activities, procurement, and execution phasesEnsure projects are delivered in line with technical, quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirementsReview and approve technical documentation including layouts, SLDs, specifications,



and construction drawingsProvide strategic engineering input throughout project development and deliveryManage engineering risks and support troubleshooting during construction and commissioning phasesCollaborate closely with construction and site teams to ensure effective project execution and compliance with design standardsExperience Required4+ years' experience within Solar PV and/or xrdztoy BESS engineering, including experience managing utility-scale renewable energy projectsStrong construction and EPC experience, supporting construction teams from an engineering perspectiveAdvanced AutoCAD proficiencyExperience conducting energy yield assessmentsExperience using PVsyst or similar softwareDegree qualified with an electrical engineering or energy engineering backgroundFluent in English; Scopra esattamente quali competenze, esperienze e qualifiche sono necessarie per avere successo in questo ruolo prima di candidarsi.
