As Head of Information Systems - Application Services, you will drive global service delivery and governance for ABB Robotics' IS landscape. You will own the application portfolio, roadmap, and cross-functional performance, aligning IS capabilities with business strategy. You'll lead a geographically dispersed team and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant services. ensuring SLAs and OLAs are met Bridge business needs with IT by validating requirements and ensuring services meet customer expectations Manage financial accountability including budget ownership and cost allocation Ensure data quality and alignment with IPE requirements through iterative business collaboration Lead incident, problem, and change management to restore services within SLA targets Maintain IS governance through reference teams, steering committees, and vendor management Contribute to IS strategy with senior leaders to shape the global application roadmap Develop and mentor geographically dispersed teams to foster a high-performance culture Responsabilità Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Engineering, or related field 5+ years IT experience in application development, configuration, xrdztoy deployment, and maintenance; 3+ years in global leadership role Proven track record as an application servi
