The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career.
As a Technology Consultant, you will help customers implement and adopt SAP solutions so they realize measurable business outcomes. In this early‑career role,



you will support both solution delivery and post‑go‑live adoption across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP—applying AI‑enabled insights to accelerate enablement, release adoption, usage monitoring, and value realization.
You’ll develop skills in IT strategy, SAP technologies, cloud solutions, and AI, learning hands‑on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants.
This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting, where you’ll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions, use AI to improve outcomes, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
What you’ll do:
- Successfully complete a structured 12‑month learn‑and‑apply academy program
- Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real‑customer engagement scenarios
- Support solution implementation activities including fit‑to‑standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go‑live using SAP Activate
- Assist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solutio
