Experteer Overview In this Lead Compressor Design Engineer role, you drive design activities and technical documentation for compressor and turboexpander products. You will lead cross‐functional collaboration to resolve issues and push product improvements within a Model Based Engineering workflow. You'll manage vendor relationships to ensure on‐time delivery and provide technical guidance across projects. This position offers impact through innovative turbomachinery solutions in the energy transition domain.

Responsabilità Solid engineering background with mechanical, thermodynamics, or fluid dynamics experience
Experience in an engineering organization or environment
Proficiency in CAD software (Unigraphics or similar)
Experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating technical teams
Familiarity with FEA and CFD
Strong analytical problem‐solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally and work on‐site with customers
Fluent in English and able to work in the EU
