About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales initiatives and strengthen our relationships with key accounts in Italy. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients while driving new business across the Italian market. You'll take a consultative approach—partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and deliver tailored IT and XaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Own and grow enterprise accounts, building long‐term strategic partnerships.




- Engage with C‐level executives and IT decision‐makers through consultative and solution‐based selling.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional priorities.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and high‐value deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including pre‐sales, solution architects, service delivery, and marketing—to design and deliver optimal client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
- Leverage your professional network to accelerate pipeline growth and drive client acquisition.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT services, managed services, cloud, or cy
