We are looking for a Go‐To‐Market Manager to lead the go‐to‐market strategy of one of Akeron's core products: Vulki by Akeron the Incentive & Performance Management platform. The role sits in the marketing department at the crossroads of Product, Sales and Marketing and plays a key role in shaping product positioning, market entry strategies and demand generation initiatives in an enterprise software context. Key responsibilities Define, own and continuously evolve the go‐to‐market strategy and execution for the product across regions, adapting positioning,
messaging and channels to local market dynamics. Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales and to manage GTM activites aligning product launches, market expansion and growth initiatives. Analyze target markets and competitive landscapes (enterprise software, incentive management, sales performance, HR tech) to support positioning, differentiation and market entry strategies. Plan and lead field marketing initiatives across regions (events, conferences, executive roundtables, roadshows), with a strong focus on enterprise pipeline generation.
