Customer Experience Specialist – Italy Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end member experience in Italy, from move‐in to move‐out, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey for every member.
Act as the main point of contact for members, handling requests, resolving issues, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver fast and effective solutions.
Conduct regular property visits to maintain quality standards, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure our homes remain in excellent condition.
Support occupancy and sales efforts by helping prospective members discover the Cohabs experience and find the right home.
Build and nurture thriving communities through events, local initiatives, member engagement activities, and continuous feedback collection to improve the living experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer experience, hospitality,
property management, real estate, community management, operations, events, sales, or a fast‐paced startup environment.
Warm, empathetic, and people‐oriented personality combined with strong organizational skills and a hands‐on approach to problem‐solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate members, suppliers, contractors, cleaners, and internal teams.
Fluent in Italian and English; French or Spanish is a strong plus.
Comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and being regularly present in our Milan properties.
Salary
€28,000 to €35,000 gross per year
