As an Operations Analyst in Milan, you will optimize multi-city operations to boost UX and profitability. You work with the Operations Manager and peers to drive growth, efficiency, and scalable improvements. You'll analyze KPI data, build dashboards, and propose process changes while ensuring strong courier engagement. This role blends analytics, stakeholder management, and hands‐on field support to improve day‐to‐day operations. You'll join a mission‐driven, diverse team committed to delivering excellent experiences for users and couriers alike.
