Experteer Overview You drive dealer performance and customer experience in your district, aligning dealers with HMCI standards and growth targets. You will plan with dealer staff, develop action plans, and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency and satisfaction. You'll assess workshop processes, staff skills, and marketing activities, while analyzing competitors and identifying new business opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of operations, market understanding, and cross‐functional collaboration to scale dealership performance.
