The opportunity to have fun every day with a young team of passionate, hard‐working people just like you We at Shimano Italy are looking for an account support associate to join our team.ResponsibilitiesTreat and process all incoming orders, and adjust where needed, in line with the requirements of the customers and according to quality standards in order to obtain a well‐organized up‐to‐date order file.File all order‐related information in order to be able to track the required, updated information at any time.Coordinate and spread all order information for all parties involved with the order, such that correct, updated order information is available at all time.Be a link between customer and sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals.Signal mall functioning in the process and so propose improvements,
