About the Business Unit The Energy unit delivers services to clients globally across several sectors including hydropower, nuclear, waste, renewable generation and transmission & distribution networks. It provides integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle – from concept and design to construction and operations, to decommissioning or repowering and life extension. Overview of the Role We are looking for multiple Project Managers to run major multidisciplinary FEED and Detailed Design projects in the Energy Transition team, supporting Clients across the UK and Europe. The role involves leading the delivery of multi‐disciplinary design projects, improving project management processes, and driving delivery excellence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead complex Energy projects such as OCGT and CCGT at feasibility, FEED and detailed design phases. Deliver project scope to time, quality and cost. Build and manage strong relationships with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders.



Establish effective communications across the delivery team. Take the lead on problem solving and decision making. Control internal and external commercial aspects under contract arrangements. Manage risk to the business and to the client. Work effectively on several projects concurrently to meet tight deadlines. Required Qualifications and Experience Proven success in delivering Energy sector design projects, having worked for a designer, contractor or major industry client. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Experience in contract administration. Knowledge of change management, risk management, schedule and cost management. Ability to make complex decisions and adhere to policies and procedures. Commitment to a safe and healthy work environment.
