About the role
Fashion menswear footwear company is looking for a Junior Shoes Designer based in Milan. The person will work directly with the Design Team in a dynamic and creative environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Head of in the development of upcoming collections
Participate in creative research and trend analysis
Create sketches using Adobe
Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications including color palettes, constructions, materials, and accessories
Qualifications
Degree or background in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or Product Design
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong ability in technical and freehand drawing
Creative mindset with a refined aesthetic sensibility
Passion for menswear footwear and fashion
Fluent in both English and Italian
