planning and control of the project's development in terms of feasibility analysis; Meet business requirements on schedule and expectations of both internal and external customers; Comprehension of the goals and setting the project's milestones; Management of technical/functional analysis and software development; Ensure the quality and performance of the code; Planning of software testing and risk management activities with the aim of identifying risks, proposing solutions and coordinating actions to reduce them; Management of workload within the group; Organization of regular meetings with all stakeholders involved in the project for progress updates; Verification of the achieved goals; Ensuring good communication and managing conflicts within the work group.
