Customer Service France Internship
POSITION We are looking for a Customer Service France to join our team. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to undertake a stimulating and educational experience.
Job responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email in French
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

- Native French speaker or advanced professional knowledge of French
- knowledge of Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stress
