Based in Milano, tempo pieno permanent position End-to-end ownership of customer projects and product implementations, from planning through successful delivery and acceptance Management of project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks using established project management methodologies Ensuring structured project execution, including effective change request management Proactive stakeholder management and communication with customers, partners,
and internal teams at all levels Facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and guiding decision-making processes Developing and implementing sustainable solutions to project-related challenges Supporting the sales organization with RFPs, proposals, effort estimations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field Several years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects (ideally 5-10 years) Proven experience with software implementations and project management methodologies in both agile and traditional environments Passion for modern software solutions and digital transformation Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken and our training budget for your development ~ Firm employment contract with
