Showroom & Academy Operations Coordinator – Protected Category
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented professional to oversee the daily management of the showroom and auditorium,
while supporting reception activities and general services. The role involves welcoming guests, coordinating logistics, and overseeing company spaces to ensure they are always well-organized, fully functional, and ready for events, meetings, and client visits—delivering a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities Common areas management: Daily monitoring of the showroom, meeting rooms, and shared spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
Events and meetings support: Preparation of meeting rooms, auditorium, and training rooms for internal and external events, ensuring that materials, equipment, seating arrangements, air conditioning, etc. are properly set up, coordination with internal teams and suppliers for event logistics.
Hospitality: Welcoming visitors, clients, and partners, providing professional and courteous service.
