Overview Business Development Specialist – EOS Apps for Partners EOS Solutions, one of Europe's leading Microsoft partners specialized in Dynamics 365 Business Central , is expanding its global partner ecosystem — and we're looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our EOS Apps for Partners division. If you're passionate about Saa S, international business, and relationship-driven growth, this role is made for you. What You'll Do As part of our global growth team, you will: Recruit new partners worldwide Identify potential partners across Europe, North America, LATAM, APAC, and the Middle East Analyze local Microsoft BC ecosystems and map opportunities Drive first contact & activation Lead intro conversations and present our Microsoft-certified EOS Apps Understand partner needs and business models Support & enable our partners Deliver onboarding sessions, training, demos,



and best practices Help partners build their first opportunities Collaborate with Microsoft Work with Microsoft Partner Development Specialists globally Join industry events and strengthen EOS brand visibility Track performance & optimize Manage your pipeline, KPIs, and continuously improve partner experience Who We're Looking For We welcome both experienced professionals and high-potential juniors with a strong interest in technology. You're a great fit if you: Love building relationships Communicate clearly and confidently Are curious about Saa S, cloud, and Microsoft technologies Are proactive, organized, and results-driven Enjoy working across different countries and cultures Want to grow in a strategic role with international visibility. Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft, Saa S, ERP, or Business Central (not required). Full training provided — attitude matters most.
