Join Siemens Energy as a Site Manager and take the lead in delivering high‐voltage service projects—including revamping and retrofit activities, extensions, and modernization of AIS and GIS systems.
You will be responsible for project execution and progress, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and reliability.

How You'll Make An Impact
Lead on‐site project execution in accordance with agreed timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
Define and oversee the project organization on site to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage and coordinate resources, fostering strong collaboration within the project team.
Monitor both technical and financial aspects in collaboration with the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
Engage all stakeholders and, when necessary, manage escalations to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Prepare and manage EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements to ensure safe site access and construction activities.
What You Bring
More than 10 years of experience in a similar role or as a Site Manager.
Extensive knowledge of high‐voltage and medium‐voltage electrical substations (CEI 11‐27).
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or a technical high‐school diploma.
Strong proficiency with project management tools.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Excellent negotiation skills to align project objectives with customer needs, along with the ability to adapt to different facilities and operational environments while demonstrating empathetic and effective leadership.
