Experteer Overview In this role you will support the full tender lifecycle for public and private opportunities, coordinating across commercial, operational, finance, legal, and compliance to ensure timely, accurate submissions. You’ll help improve governance, minimize risks, and contribute to profitability through pricing analysis and process standardization. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align proposals with tender requirements and internal policies, using tender tools and platforms. This is a hands‑on, advisory role that shapes how tenders are managed in a fast‑paced IT environment.Retribuzione / Benefits
Support end-to-end tender processes for Business Units and Sales teams
Coordinate stakeholders and monitor tender timelines to meet deadlines
Maintain visibility of tender progress, risks, and actions
Assist profitability and pricing analysis with Finance/Profit teams
Review tender documentation and questionnaires
Support customer/vendor portals and e-procurement platforms
Review Terms & Conditions, SLAs and penalties; Escalate to Legal/Compliance as needed
Promote standardization of tender management tools and processes
Provide internal guidance and training on tender procedures and tools
Manage centralized repositories and documentation in Microsoft Teams
Responsabilità
Experience with public/private tenders in IT/tech environments
Understanding of tender lifecycle management and commercial coordination
Basic financial analysis, pricing, and margin evaluation knowledge
Ability to interpret contractual/operational documents
Experience with e-procurement platforms and operational tools
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Structured, detail-oriented communication style
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Proactive, collaborative, advisory mindset
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
