Role Overview As part of O'Tacos' direct expansion plan,



the Area Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and oversee a growing portfolio of company-owned restaurants, ensuring full alignment with operational, financial, and quality standards. The role currently covers five restaurants, with a planned doubling of the network over the course of the year. Within this growth context, the Area Supervisor will drive operational consistency, business performance, and team development, while fostering a high-quality and consistent customer experience—enhancing service standards, customer connection, and brand perception—and progressively gaining exposure to network expansion and franchising development.
Key Responsibilities Hands‐on operational presence
Ensure a consistent on‐ground presence across existing restaurants in the Milan Metropolitan area
Support teams in the daily execution of operations
Monitor the implementation of operational and financial procedures
Conduct regular audit
