Support and manage the ServiceNow platform
Configure and customize workflows, forms, service catalogs, and business rules
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
Collaborate on testing, releases, and new feature deployments
Maintain technical and functional documentation
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices

2+ years of ServiceNow experience
✅ Experience with JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow
✅ REST/SOAP API integration experience
✅ Knowledge of ITIL best practices
✅ ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is a strong plus
✅ Fluent Italian language skills
