Sigma Defense is seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our team in Sigonella, CT, Italy. The hired candidate will direct support the 7 RS squadron commander in the management of all non-aviation programs and readiness functions, and all mandated administrative support programs. The Executive Assistant will ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and self-driven professional with a strong understanding of U. S. Air Force policies. They possess excellent communication skills, are adept at managing complex administrative tasks, and hold the necessary security clearance. Personnel Clearance Level Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher. Education Requirements (one of the following) High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 8 years of specialized experience. Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in Business or similar field of study + 4 years of specialized experience. Computer Programs/Software Microsoft Office Suite. Essential Job Duties (not all inclusive) Calendar Management: Maintain, edit, and deconflict the schedules for the CC, DO, ADO, SEL, 1st Sergeant, and shared workspaces like the command conference room. Field all squadron taskers from the 319 OG/319 RW assigned via the Task Management Tool. Publicize taskers to appropriate parties or action officers. Assist in package review and submission
