Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the site supply chain to deliver superior customer service, efficiency, and cost management. You will drive cross‐functional collaboration to meet operational targets, improve service levels, and implement scalable processes aligned with corporate strategies. You will shape the customer experience at site level and push for operational excellence through data‐driven planning and tool adoption. This is a hands‐on leadership role in a long‐standing, values‐driven organization that rewards initiative and collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the site's Planner, Procurement specialist, and Customer service Team to achieve OTP, OTR, backlog and quality targets
Schedule material movement based on stock levels and customer requests
Optimize production planning and scheduling to improve efficiency




Implement Corporate and Motion Systems Group supply chain strategies and initiatives
Coordinate with Sales‐co to ensure best customer experience and drive improvements (Automated tools)
Responsabilità Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Advanced digital skills (JDE or similar ERP, MS Office)
Team player with direct and lateral leadership experience
Problem‐solving mindset
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in Italian and English
