patch‐based device that monitors pulmonary fluid levels and has been shown to reduce heart failure readmissions rates by 38 percent.ResponsibilitiesManage all Patients/Hospitals/Physicians related processes and documents.Manage/supervise the logistic shippings & returns of LifeVest spares and sets.Create/maintain relationships with hospitals to support with specific needs or information such as shipping documents, manuals, declarations, patients' activations/dismissions, schedules, etc.Support the Sales Team.Interact with the Invoicing and Orders/Credit Collection Team.Interact with the Tech Support Team.Interact with ZOLL EMEA colleagues and the German central warehouse.Document management: input patients' records into ERP; issue shipping documents; handle fitting/prescription and dismission documents intake and upload to ERP system and OneDrive; intake purchase orders and upload to ERP system and OneDrive and internal sharing; create new hospital accounts; create and update physician directory.Logistics activities: inventory check on the national territory; inven
