As part of our Professional Services unit, you will support our enterprise customers with the architecture of Open Text Content Management solutions and their migration into the cloud. You will work closely with delivery, presales and sales colleagues to realize end-to-end projects, including AI projects. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS As a Lead Consultant (Open Text ECM Solutions) you will be advising our customers on the design, implementation and migration of Open Text Content Management solutions (including cloud implementations) Conducting detailed requirement analyses, examining business processes to identify suitable solutions Creating solution concepts and technical documentation, including infrastructure and implementation plans, and taking the technical lead within projects Supporting with presales,



technical escalations and alignments with customers Advising our customers on best practices WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Several years of professional experience in Open Text products (e.g. x ECM, Archive Center) Proficiency in software development, e.g. in ABAP,. NET, web technologies Familiarity with IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases Beneficial would be knowledge in SAP technologies (ECC, HANA, Success Factors) Project experience within cloud environments and knowledge in containerization Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy Fluency in Italian and English ONE LAST THING Open Text is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
