Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Environment, Health & Safety at the Parma plant, ensuring compliance and fostering a strong safety culture. You will partner with line managers to apply best practices, manage ISO 45001/14001 systems, and train employees on EHS matters. The role drives regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and environmental projects to reduce waste and emissions. This position offers a chance to shape safe, compliant operations in a high‐volume manufacturing environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide expert EHS advice to Line Managers and promote best practices to meet statutory requirements Develop and maintain the OHSAS 18001 system and ensure compliance with site safety policies Ensure competent EHS training for all employees, focusing on behavioural safety Monitor legislation and develop ISO 14001 system across all aspects Organise and support environmental projects to reduce waste,



solvents and emissions and associated costs Investigate all incidents, near‐misses, complaints and implement corrective actions Develop and progress the plant's annual EHS management programme with projects and budget Collect monthly EHS data, statistics and KPIs for Executive Team and report performance of management systems Responsabilità Diploma in Health & Safety, or equivalent Environmental qualifications Working knowledge of EHS legislation Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems Recognised qualification on Risk Prevention Minimum 5 years' plant or manufacturing environment experience Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge (Black Belt preferable) Computer literate Languages: Italian, English #J-18808-Ljbffr
