A Competence Line Compliance Country Italy City MILANO Job Type Working Students, Interns & others Functional area Compliance Working time model Full-time Contact Uni Credit offers the opportunity to carry out a curricular internship within the Compliance of Transversal Risk Management function, responsible for the governance of the Group Compliance Operating Model, Data management & Analytics, reporting standards, and IT innovation aimed at strengthening data-driven compliance capabilities. What you'll be doing Perform analytics on compliance related datasets and compute KPIs and KRIs to support risk monitoring and trend identification across the Group Compliance. Support the collection, cleaning and analysis of data from various internal sources (control processes, transactions systems, audit trails, ...). Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and automated reports for continuous risk monitoring (Power BI or similar tools).
Support ICT demand management for Compliance, collecting IT needs, performing prioritization analyses and assisting in the assessment of enhancements. Contribute to the administration and evolution of Compliance IT tools, including testing activities, requirements gathering and user support. Participate in innovation initiatives involving artificial intelligence, analytics, and machine learning to enhance Compliance controls and processes. What you'll need to succeed What You Bring University student in Economics, Engineering, Data Science or related fields. Strong interest in digital transformation, governance and data-driven processes. Analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel and Power Point; knowledge of SQL or Python. Familiarity with Power BI or other Data Visualization tools, as well as understanding of AI / Gen AI models are considered a plus. Proactive attitude, curiosity and strong teamwork skills. Fluency
