On-site hardware engineer — pcb testing

Hardware Engineer Location: Belluno, Italy. This role is full‐time and on site. This position is part of the electronic engineering team and reports to the Manager of Hardware Engineering. The engineer collaborates with Product Managers, Software and Operations teams to support requirements definition, product development and validation. Key Responsibilities Hardware testing and product validation according to internal procedures and international standards on prototypes. Evaluation of alternative components. Perform failure analysis on units returned from the field and recommend corrective actions. Create electronic CAD drawings for 2‐layer PCB development. Required Qualifications and Experience Diploma and/or degree in electronics. 2 to 3 years' experience in electronics. Experience in similar roles such as supply chain, laboratory hardware testing or Operations.
Continuous learning of new technologies and processes. Native Italian language proficiency. Basic English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Basic CAD skills are an advantage.
