Overview In this role you support SPR analysis and pricing governance within a global team, developing toward autonomous approval of segmented SPRs. You'll rotate across core teams, gain end-to-end exposure to pricing decisions, and help improve SPR processes. You'll help introduce AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and data quality. This position offers structured learning and a clear path to greater responsibility within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Perform in-process SPR analysis and support senior approvers during review and approval stages
Develop toward independently approving segmented SPRs within delegated authority
Collect and synthesize Voice-of-the-Offering feedback to identify SPR process improvements
Collaborate with Price Administration to drive SPR process improvements and alignment with Product Managers
Support adoption of AI tools within the SPR approvers community to improve efficiency and data quality




Assist in documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of SPR processes and guidelines
Align with Global Pricing teams to ensure consistency of pricing logic, tools, and methodologies
Responsabilità Degree in business analytics, business administration (MBA) or accounting related field
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret pricing, margin, profit and commercial data
Interest in pricing, offering management, and commercial processes
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate and collaborate with distributed cross-functional international teams
Knowledge of AI-enabled tools and automation is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (B2)
