Are you an experienced Finance Manager with a strong analytical mindset and proven leadership capabilities? Do you bring at least five years of financial management experience, with a deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control? If so, we invite you to join our team. Your Responsibilities Support and execute the company's expansion strategy in alignment with Döhler Group's corporate objectives. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee financial audits, tax compliance, and adherence to local (and Global) accounting standards. Manage and monitor operational KPIs, cost price calculations, and business case evaluations. Lead, coach, and manage the finance team to enhance performance and professional growth. Drive the successful implementation and adoption of SAP modules and other financial digital tools. Enhance business intelligence and dashboarding capabilities to improve financial and operational decision‐making. Proactively manage cash flow planning, expenditure control, and treasury operations. Identify,



assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks. What Do You Bring With You Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of three years' experience in financial management roles. Strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. Experience with operational finance, supply chain controlling, and business case analysis. Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills. Good communication skills in Italian and English are required. What do we offer?
