and alignment with internal standardsImplement and monitor a data-driven sales model with KPIs, dashboards, and analyticsStrengthen a collaborative selling model across channels to increase share of walletDevelop team capabilities, especially junior managers, with structured processesResponsabilità8–10 years of experience in sales management rolesExperience in digital/inside/telesales and structured outbound campaignsB2B experience with high-volume, fragmented customer bases (SMBs / prosumers)Proven experience as a manager of managersStrong experience in sales funnel management, campaign performance, and conversion optimizationAdvanced analytical capabilities xrdztoy and data-driven mindset: define KPIs, analyze performance, drive improvementExperience managing external vendors and outsourced sales teamsExposure to digital/self-service sales channels (e-commerce, online funnels) is a plusFluent English and Italia
