Experteer OverviewIn this role you will shape and monitor the ICT risk framework for Generali Investments Holding, partnering with Asset Management and risk committees to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance. You'll consolidate quarterly risk findings, prepare board-facing reports, and drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ICT Risk Management Framework. You will coordinate global stakeholders and oversee escalation and action plans in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an opportunity to influence risk governance at a leading European asset manager and contribute to its regulatory readiness and resilience.Retribuzione / BenefitsConduct recurrent governance meetings with Asset Management Companies to monitor ICT risk activitiesConsolidate quarterly ICT risk results at GIH level and report to GIH Risk and Control CommitteePrepare annual consolidated ICT risk framework evolution reporting for the GIH BoardSupport design, implementation, and maintenance of the ICT Risk Management FrameworkCoordinate Local CROs of newly acquired Group Asset Managers for ICT risk framework deploymentOversee escalation and formal risk evaluation when hard limits are breachedReview and formalize executive ICT risk reports and evidence from IT and Security (e.g., backups, vulnerability assessments)Assist in annual ICT & cyber risk reporting and IT Booklet preparationResponsabilitàBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience5+ years in information security or cyber risk managementUnderstanding of ICT and cyber risk with experience in testing strategies and regulatory requirements for Financial Markets and Asset Management
