- Follow safety standards and comply with BH Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in construction processes, supporting suppliers during execution, ensuring work is correctly prepared before activity.
- Monitor and develop regular redesign of processes due to changes or management needs.
- Elaborate process improvements considering broader functional context.
- Assist the site QA/QC team in preparing non‐conformance reports and developing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with customer representatives to resolve field problems and with subcontractors to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

- Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Deep knowledge of workplace health and safety highest standards.




- Experience in production environment, operations management or construction activities.
- Proven experience with fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), painting supervision and control (including NDT requirements) in the O&G; industry.
- Extensive knowledge of quality industry standards such as AWS, ASME, API and NDE methodologies.
- Knowledge of welding equipment, procedure specification, welder approval processes, material compliance and workplace safety standards.
- Experience working in complex organizations.
- Significant knowledge of quality industrial standards.
- Fluent in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical information to customers.
