YOUR ROLE As a Digital Manufacturing Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will advise, analyze business problems, develop data‐driven strategies, guide implementation to improve client performance, and manage projects in the manufacturing area covering Process Improvement (lean, Six Sigma, WCM) and Digital Transformation (MES, MOM, Digital Twin). Analyze client data and define strategic solutions for manufacturing (cost reduction, Lean/Six Sigma, MES/SCADA, operations reporting). Manage end‐to‐end project lifecycles, including scope, planning, deliverables, and timelines.



Design and execute operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives, driving adoption of processes, technologies, and methodologies. Build strong relationships with C‐level stakeholders, leading meetings and presenting insights. Coach junior consultants and collaborate with Capgemini experts to deliver integrated solutions. YOUR PROFILE Minimum 6+ years in industrial sectors, in manufacturing excellence and digital transformation, in consulting firms or in operational positions at major automotive or manufacturing or life‐science brands. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, WCM, PMP) are advantageous. Italian and English fluent, another language is a plus.
