As a Procurement Supervisor , you will lead procurement activities supporting manufacturing operations by driving sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and commercial negotiations.
About the Job
- Lead procurement projects impacting current sourcing processes, supplier relationships, and operational performance.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize pricing,



delivery terms, quality, and supply continuity for key materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
- Review existing supplier agreements and identify opportunities for renegotiation to improve commercial terms, cost competitiveness, and service performance.
- Lead supplier negotiations and commercial discussions to secure favorable pricing, contracts, and long‑term partnerships.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Business Unit stakeholders to support ongoing business requirements and new product development initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers capable of supporting technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
- Support cross‑functional projects related to manufacturing, engineering changes, product launches, and supply chain optimization activities.
