The Senior Sales and Projects Execution Engineer for Datacenter Segment coordinates all pre-sales and execution activities, to support the global expansion of RPS/RielloUPS in the fastest growing critical power business.
The Senior Sales and Projects Execution Engineer works in very close collaboration with the Senior Business Development Managers and all local sales teams across RielloUPS’s footprint, with the goal of 1) supporting solution sales, matching customer requirements to proposed solutions; 2) planning, managing, and ensuring that sales projects are completed on time.
The Senior Sales and Projects Execution Engineer will be based in Legnago/Verona – Italy, directly in the RPS Headquarters locations.
Your Role:
- Analyze Project Specifications
- Prepare Tenders Commercial Proposals
- Prepare Commercial, Technical and Project Management documentation.
- Participate in Clients Meetings and possibly conduct site visits.
- Manage supplier’s approval activities including preparation of homologation documentation.
- Prepare order scheduling plans.
- Support order execution in alignment with Production and OH for assembly planning, testing and shipping.
- Run Witness Tests
- Supporting Marketing events for the DC Segment
- Supporting Training events for the DC Segment
- Maintain CRM and Project Funnel databases.
Requirements:
- At least 5years of experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales, or Service roles
- Critical Power Equipment Domain Know-how
- Strong self-motivation and Entrepreneurial mindset
- Team spirit attitude and good communication skills
- Resiliency and Availability to high frequency travels (up to 25%)
- English and Italian as a must
- Master of Science in Engineering disciplines
