Experteer Overview In this role you will support Abb Vie's supply chain finance activities by monitoring stock, coverage levels and KPIs, and by ensuring accurate data in the ERP system. You will act as a logistic expert partner between the business and Global Supply Chain planners, driving data-informed decisions to optimize inventory and reduce obsolescence. Your work will contribute to monthly planning, quarterly inventory reserves, and cross-functional collaboration with QA and Regulatory teams. This position offers the chance to influence operational performance in a multinational, matrix environment and to drive improvements in inventory accuracy and forecasting.



You will operate within Abb Vie's mission‐m Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor stock and coverage levels and flag risks and opportunities with corrective proposals Maintain material master data and support SAP ERP system settings Support inventory counts and third‐party logistics performance in collaboration with COE Distribution Develop and track operation KPIs; contribute to SCM dashboards with BTS counterpart Monitor demand projections and FP inputs; optimize stock and minimize obsolescence Participate in monthly product Sales and Planning meetings as logistics expert partner Contribute to quarterly inventory reserve calculations and FP inventory reference Collaborate with QA and Regulatory Depts Responsabilità University degree in Economics At least 3 years in a Finance role with a focus on Supply Chain/Cost Accounting Knowledge of pharma business is a plus Ability to analyze data and derive key conclusions and actions Excellent Excel and SAP ERP skills Experience in a matrix and multinational environment Fluent in English (written and spoken) #J-18808-Ljbffr
