Manage and strengthen relationships with existing payment service providers while identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners. Lead negotiations with payment partners regarding fees, contract terms, and service levels to ensure optimal business conditions. Monitor payment performance metrics such as transaction success rates, failures, and processing efficiency, ensuring rapid issue resolution. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including product, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless payment integration.
