Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and Italian fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing creator partnerships, including tracking performance metrics, forecasting business outcomes, and maintaining positive partner perception.
- Knowledge of regional digital content trends paired with a solid understanding of Google’s partner ecosystems.
- Ability to plan and execute prioritized projects within timelines, utilizing structured methodologies and social media/brand strategy insights.
- Ability to resolve complex partner issues, advocate for account needs, and utilize strong negotiation and sales skills.




- Proven success working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver successful initiatives.

About The Job
We’re seeking a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Development Manager in Italy to cultivate and manage high-impact partnerships, specifically focusing on creators and creator 3Ps. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and strengthening relationships with key industry partners, consulting our partners on their YouTube strategy, and meticulously tracking their impact to drive both our mutual success.
You’ll contribute to the strategic development of YouTube’s partnerships in Italy. Your contributions will not only drive business objectives but also enhance our company culture.
