We are seeking a motivated Contract Officer to join our Legal Technical Contracts team part of our Legal, Contracts & Compliance General Division, based in Milan. The Contract Officer will support the management and execution of Metka-EGN’s construction, supply and O&M; contracts and other legal documentation related to the operations of the Italian entities and project portfolio. Responsibilities include assisting with contract implementation, archiving, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of contractual and corporate documents, in alignment with internal procedures and compliance standards.
Develop an understanding of commercial terms and conditions for implemented contracts and knowledge transfer of contract conditions to wider project team.
