For our brand-new office located in Milano Bicocca we are looking for a:
NET DEVELOPER
MainStreaming is in a scaling phase, our team is going to expand internationally and the heart of our product, the R&D; team, is looking for new talents to join us. In order to improve our platform every day, we are looking for a Technical Project Lead.
Management, planning and control of the project's development in terms of feasibility analysis;
Meet business requirements on schedule and expectations of both internal and external customers;
Comprehension of the goals and setting the project’s milestones;
Management of technical/functional analysis and software development;
Planning of software testing and risk management activities with the aim of identifying risks,



proposing solutions and coordinating actions to reduce them;
Organization of regular meetings with all stakeholders involved in the project for progress updates;
Verification of the achieved goals;
Ensuring good communication and managing conflicts within the work group.
PASSION FOR THE PRODUCT : Professional attitude towards software craftsmanship including testing and a passion for writing good documentation.
You are confident enough to self-start your project and set your priorities in autonomy while working with a group of international peers.

8+ years proven experience in software development;
