We are looking for a driven individual to join Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) in a sales capacity in either Milan or Verona, Italy. You will join our dynamic O&M; team who currently operate around 75 MW of PV capacity in Italy, including a BESS project, with plans to continue expanding the portfolio. tempo pieno - unlimited
Your contribution to the energy transition
As Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth of the company’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) portfolio within the utility-scale solar PV sector. The role focuses on identifying and securing new O&M; contracts, building strong relationships with asset owners and investors, and promoting value-added service offerings. Key duties include scouting for new opportunities, developing sales strategies, preparing technical and commercial proposals, leading negotiations, and supporting the transition from O&M; sales to O&M; execution. The position requires close collaboration with the technical team to ensure competitive, high-quality service solutions and sustained portfolio expansion.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M; portfolio for utility-scale solar plants
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M; proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs
Lead contract negotiations and close O&M; service agreements
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to define competitive service offerings
Support project handover from O&M; Sales to execution of O&M; contracts
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Stay updated on regulatory, technological, and market developments in the solar PV sector
Your energy is required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or equivalent) or Business with strong technical exposure.
