Would you like to join a young, passionate and dynamic team and contribute to exciting transformation projects in Italy? TNP Italia is looking for a motivated Intern to join its consulting team in Milan.
The selected candidate will mainly support projects in the automotive sector, with a specific focus on audit activities across the dealer network of a leading automotive player. The role will involve supporting on-site reviews of operational procedures against predefined standards, contributing to process analysis and improvement actions across different locations in Italy.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Consulting activities
- Support project teams in the execution of consulting assignments, with a focus on the automotive sector.
- Contribute to on-site audit activities across the client's dealer network in Italy.
- Review operational procedures against predefined criteria and support the identification of gaps and improvement areas.
- Collect, consolidate and analyze operational data and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations and project materials for internal and client use.
- Support the coordination of meetings, workshops and follow-up activities with client stakeholders.
