Experteer Overview As a System Engineer - Product Operations Specialist, you will drive the internal product backbone, optimizing processes and tools to support rapid European growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable Product‐Ops practices. The role blends project ownership, process automation, and data‐driven insights to improve internal workflows and product delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits Own end‐to‐end projects for new processes, workflows, internal tools and systems—from ideation to implementation, monitoring and optimization Scale Product‐Ops across Europe by standardizing processes and tailoring practices per market (Italy, France, Austria, Germany)
