Key Account Manager – Haemophilia
Job Description: The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing the presence of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum Srl in the assigned geographic area (Puglia and Campania), building and maintaining relationships with customers. They will be the lead point of contact for all key clients, ensuring a successful launch of new products or indications in the field, sustaining haemophilia product sales and promotion, and collaborating with other company departments (Market Access and Medical) to guarantee implementation of territorial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor the assigned territory for product use and adverse events reported by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the Business Unit Director/National Sales Manager and Marketing team to define local activities and action plans to achieve business objectives.
Deliver scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals according to the agreed plan and company policy.
Continuously enhance knowledge of the therapeutic area through meetings, training, congresses, and self‐learning.
Organize and plan daily activities, including customer visits, travel itineraries, and meetings, and provide regular updates and reports to the National Sales Manager using CRM and reporting tools.
Apply and respect legislative and company requirements concerning drug information, safety and ethical code; raise issues timely.
Participate in National Congresses both independently and with healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain long‐term relationships with local stakeholders through engagement plans.
Report CRM activities on planned deadlines throughout the year.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a KAM position.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences); advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Fluent English communication skills (minimum
