Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for store-based profiles in the luxury retail environment, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and client experience standards. You will build and nurture a strong retail talent pipeline to fuel business growth and collaborate with various HR partners to ensure a smooth end-to-end process. As a Brand Ambassador, you will convey Prada's philosophy to attract high-caliber candidates. This role sits in a dynamic, international setting with a focus on excellence and diversity.
