We are currently looking for a Mid Client Manager to join our team
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and manage healthcare communication projects, overseeing all phases from the initial brief through to final delivery.
- Responsible for the development and successful execution of all projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Clearly communicate with stakeholders, scheduling deadlines, writing briefs and executing other supervisory activities;
- Being the point of contact with cross-functional agency teams (Account, Science, Creative, Production, Digital, and Strategy)

- Define the project plan and coordinates the internal and external professionals (suppliers, freelancers, third parties);
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicate clearly to the team and provide proper materials/documentation;
- Support the B.Director in complex projects;
- Proactively manage critical issues, identifying solutions and corrective actions;
- Regularly communicate with clients, building day-by-day effective relationships with them.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a structured international environment or a healthcare communicat
